Website Management and Design

Background

I had no experience in web design or WordPress, but I quickly became a website manager for the institute. The marketing team recognized my potential and entrusted me with managing the website after being impressed by my creative Notion pages and newsletter designs. I became the first non-communications team member to gain direct access to the site, signaling a significant shift in the institute's digital approach.

Role and Responsibilities

In this unique role, I connected research efforts with public engagement, transforming how the center showcases its work and interacts with its audience. I enjoyed the freedom to update and create posts, crafting a lively web presence that truly reflects the center's mission. By using the website to share our success stories, I boosted our visibility and engagement while establishing a system to keep members and audiences informed about ongoing projects, events, and achievements, creating a more connected community.
